The entire world has plunged into hibernation at the hands of a nanometre-sized virus. Can you believe that?! This reminds me of the plot of the movie Contagion. Despite the cutting edge research humans have carried out over the years, our inadequacies have been exposed.
While our understanding of the virus and its role in our lives evolve, most of us are looking for solutions to unfathomable problems. The survival of industries and businesses is at stake, with many relying on substantial cuts and downsizing to ensure buoyancy. It may take us months, even years, before things settle down to a “new” normal.
We must adapt to ensure survival through these times and beyond. The landscape of industries, businesses, education, research, and technology has to change immensely to keep up with the challenge. Whether we like it or not, we must embrace this with as much boldness & enthusiasm as possible.
HEUSER is an effort to provide solutions for the challenges we face in the field of education. With the closure of schools and colleges across the globe, teachers and students have to find different ways to ensure a continuous learning process. The learning curve has been steep for many, but all of us have evolved in the process. What mesmerizes me most is our ability to thrive in adversity through continuous evolution.
HEUSER is a learning and advisory portal. It aims to provide a platform to senior students, such as high school, O-levels, A-levels, and FSc students, to achieve their academic goals, while seeking proper guidance from professional and student advisors, to ensure that they ascend the career ladder smoothly.
The spectrum of academic courses we offer will expand as we evolve with you in these times. Most of these courses are provided virtually by experienced teachers, hence removing the limitation of your physical presence to avail the courses you want. All you need is good health, and minimal material resources to access what’s on offer. I assure you that the courses offered, and the teachers directing them, will work tirelessly to bridge the gaps in your learning.
The Advisory Board is subdivided into professional and student advisors. The professional advisors on board with us include, scientists, physicians, surgeons, dentists, entrepreneurs, engineers, lawyers, educationists, and artists from Pakistan and abroad. I cannot fully express my gratitude for their willingness to be a part of this small effort to give back to the youth.
The student advisors consist of undergraduate students and recent graduates from universities around the world. They will serve as your most important source of information to help you understand what it takes to get into the university of your choice. We have student advisors from renowned colleges and universities in Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Qatar, Germany, and the UAE. All you need to do is get in touch with the relevant advisor on our panel, and start your odyssey. The student advisors are themselves supervised by a motivated team of chief advisors.
